Managing a team of internal technicians, proactive services team leaders and teams as well as external service providers.Responsible for coaching, developing and leading a diverse team of technicians, facilities management professionals, operational team leaders and third party contractors.End to end financial accountability for Facilities & Maintenance services in the designated group of stores.Deliver agreed Facilities, Proactive Services & Maintenance Strategies to drive proactive, responsive and efficient services.Accountable for a safe site for everyone, everyday by implementing and evaluating safe work practices, improving safety.Undertake routine health checks to ensure compliance, safety and operational expectations are being met.What you'll bringA minimum of two years experience in a similar role preferably with commercial supermarket experience.Able to navigate complex work environments and teams to deliver outcomes.Strong leadership experience managing large and diverse teams in a multi-site environment.Previous stakeholder management experience and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.Experience or Knowledge of essential services, refrigeration, air conditioning, or electrical systems (highly regarded).What you'll experienceOur Team Members are at the heart of everything we do and we're always looking for ways to support your career journey and reward great work:A progressive and flexible 'work from anywhere' policy that gives you control over your work, life and wellbeing.Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.An attractive remuneration package.A range of programs to help you prioritise and manage your wellbeing, including a competitive leave policy and 24/7 access to the Sonder app.Applications close - Sunday the 5th of JanuaryOur team will be taking a break over the Christmas and New Year period, returning on the 6th of January.
