We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team and support us with Support Worker recruitment.
Some of the ways you'll make a difference: Identify top talent across the Aged Care industryEngage and influence Support Workers to join BenetasUse your natural communication skills to build strong relationships with hiring managersRun Recruitment Events for our metro and regional centres.To help you achieve this, ideally, you'll have: Experience in the recruitment of Support WorkersThe ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholdersA knowledge of the aged care industryA passion for continuous improvement and love to contributeWhy work with us?
