ARCQ Talent have partnered with another awesome Values based Microsoft Professional Services Business who are looking for an M365 Consultant with solid experience in Endpoint Manager and projects Design, Implementation and Delivery.As the business continues this growth they are now looking for an experienced Senior Consultant (M365 | Endpoint Manager) to join the Managed Consultancy Practice of the business.
This role will play a key part in building out the businesses M365 project consultancy capabilities even further so offers the right person huge growth potential.The Senior Consultant (M365 | Endpoint Manager)Lead exciting client projects and be able to coordinate a team to achieve project deliverablesWork with the broader team on delivering internal initiatives and client outcomesAssist in presale activities with clients to understand requirements and propose solutionsContribute to client project proposalsAnalyse current on-prem and/or cloud-based solutions for future stateAnalyse current business practices, processes and procedures and identify future opportunities for leveraging Microsoft 365 & Azure cloud offeringsAct as an SME and advisor for our clients to support the planning and implementation of their cloud journey and needed assessmentEngage with enterprise customers on Azure specific application development and deploymentDesign, plan and implement Microsoft 365 infrastructure solutions with a focus on:Microsoft Endpoint ManagerWindows DefenderIdentity and SecurityOneDrive and SharePointExchange OnlineTeams CollaborationDay 1 – The Non-Technical ExpectationPrior exposure to leading and delivering projects for enterprise clients or environmentsComfortable with consulting scenarios with clients and internallyAbility to contribute knowledge and experience in pre-sales activitiesAbility to pass minimum baseline security vettingThe Technical ExpectationsMinimum 4 years of previous experience in working with Microsoft 365 with ideally a core recent focus in Endpoint Manager, Enterprise Mobility & Security, Windows 10, 11 project migrations and Conditional Access and the complementary areas of Power PlatformFundamental understanding of enterprise networks and securityExpertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving issues related to Microsoft technologiesProficient in PowerShell, and able to read and write scripts to simplify administration and deployment tasksStrong understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD Identity model and be able to make recommendations on best fit for a client based on requirementsExperience and understanding of core infrastructure DNS, DHCP, AD, GPO, Windows server, SCCM, CitrixDocument high-level solution design and as-built, as-configured documentationExperience with migrations of key workloads (email, files, apps) to the cloudThe Nice To HavesMicrosoft and/or relevant vendor certificationsExperience and an understanding of M365 cloud computing or other cloud infrastructure platformsExperience with Microsoft Security Products AIP, OME, DLP, PIM, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (formerly MCAS)Experience with Citrix VDI environments is highly regardedProject Management experience and/or certificationsFamiliarity with DevOps tools, code repositories and pipelinesUnderstanding of Agile methodologies, such as Kanban or ScrumUnderstanding of M365 Licensing and understand the benefits between EA vs CSPWhy This ClientOur Clients all about takes a caring, determined, and innovative approach to ensure their customers get maximum benefit and value for money.
