Consultants (Information & Communication Technology) Joining our team as a Senior Cloud Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through close collaboration with clients.
In this high-impact position, you'll have the opportunity to lead the charge in further developing our Professional Services model, heavily weighted towards Professional Services.
Your Responsibilities Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, MS Defender, and IntuneAutomate delivery and implementation using automation toolsAutomate repeatable tasks in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365Maintain Microsoft Power Apps, Flow, Logic AppsIdentify gaps and opportunities to improve services utilizing Azure and 365 servicesTroubleshoot, deploy, and migrate M365 stackMaintain, deploy and understand Microsoft Defender suiteReview, recommend and maintain all aspects of security in IT, Azure, 365 and IntuneRequirements 3-5 or more years experience working in Microsoft Azure5 or more years experience working in Microsoft 365Proven experience in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and IntuneUnderstanding of DR, BCP, databases, operating systems & storageSolid understanding of hybrid cloud environmentsMicrosoft Azure and/or 365 CertificationsAbility to work autonomouslyWorking within a teamSolid understanding of on-premises infrastructureProven experience deploying and managing Microsoft Intune deploymentsSome working experience with PowerShellExperience with on-premises physical servers, VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix and storage componentsExperience with Microsoft Sentinel, including deploying, configuring, and managing security information and event management (SIEM) solutions to enhance organizational security postureExperience with compliance regulation, including the implementation of the Essentials 8 frameworkPrevious technical pre-sales experience will be highly regardedExperience in creating and maintaining documentation, including Microsoft 365 architecture diagrams, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Key Result Areas The position of Senior Cloud Consultant encompasses the following major functions:
Delivery of the Professional Services function – this includes but is not limited to:Taking ownership of projects from Pre-Sales through to Delivery and SupportPrioritizing and managing multiple projects at onceEstablishing and maintaining good working relationships with clientsEnsuring all project work conforms to Cloud Contexts minimum standards – this includes ensuring language and punctuation is to high standardSolving technical issues by phone, email or in personProvide technical mentorship to the Professional Services function:Training and assisting other engineers while working with other team membersMaintain technical experience and knowledge in current and future technologies80% - Delivery of Professional Services10% - Improving Professional Services offerings10% - Professional DevelopmentYour application will include the following questions:
