With 64 stores nationally, we are specialists in pools, foam and rubber providing us with a unique place in the Australian retail market.
With such a broad product range, our customer base is highly diverse and includes families, tradies, hobbyists, DIY-ers, and commercial business customers, to name just a few.
With a focus on delivering exceptional products and services, we are embarking on an exciting new chapter and looking for a dynamic General Manager Finance & IT Services to join our leadership team.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, this critical leadership role ensures the financial health, operational compliance, and IT infrastructure of the Clark Rubber Group of Companies.
As the General Manager Finance & IT Services, you will drive strategic financial management, oversee IT services, and lead a talented team of Finance and IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the Group's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Lead the development and execution of the Group Business Plan and Budget.Manage compliance with auditing, taxation, and insurance requirements.Provide governance and oversight for the ERP system reimplementation project, commencing early 2025.Drive financial reporting to the CEO, Board, and Management Team.Lead IT services to ensure systems align with business needs and growth objectives.Develop strategies for cost reduction and operational efficiency.Build and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, accountants, and IT service providers.Lead the greater Finance and IT Team's via 4 direct reports.About You
You are a highly experienced finance professional with a strong track record of leadership and strategic thinking.
Your ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, manage risk, and lead high-performing teams sets you apart.
