There are currently multiple Business Manager positions available with attractive salary and commission packages.
As a Business Manager at MCT, you will be an integral part of our business, responsible for attaining Finance and Insurance results while working closely with the GM, sales manager, and sales teams to assist in closing sales and increasing finance share.
Our dealerships are synonymous with exceptional customer experience, offering competitive and convenient finance options through Toyota & Lexus Financial Services.
The successful candidate will:
Have previous automotive Business Manager experience (TFS / LFS experience is a bonus)Be hungry for outstanding resultsPossess excellent collaborative skills with the finance team, sales managers, sales team, and general managerHave a positive approach to adapting and growing in an ever-changing industryAdhere strictly to complianceExhibit excellent time management and organizational skillsWe look forward to reviewing your application and, if suitable, contacting you for a further interview.
