Position Overview We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Graduate (Manufacturing) to join our efforts in optimising production processes, ensuring product quality, and leading key improvement initiatives.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will focus on driving innovation and efficiency across production while aligning with business goals and values.

Key Responsibilities Process Optimisation & Quality Excellence Analyse and support improvement of workflows to maximise efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance scalability.Collaborate with teams to ensure continuous improvement initiatives are identified, scoped and completed.Act as the conduit between production and engineering teams to ensure production needs are understood and communicated to engineering and vice versa.Coordinate improvement initiatives to maintain high quality, safety and compliance standards and implement preventive measures.Coaching & Mentoring Help promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement by leading by example.Help mentor team members on troubleshooting, optimisation, and lean manufacturing principles.Support sustainability initiatives through waste reduction and resource efficiency.Leverage digital tools to analyse production data and optimise performance.Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and meeting commercial targets.Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Process, Mechanical, Commerce, or Continuous Improvement engineering (or related field).Working knowledge of process flow and the deployment of improvement methodologies within a manufacturing and/or production environment.Knowledge of and willingness to gain high-level working knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and similar methodologies.Knowledge of digital tools like CAD, robotics, CNC and ERP systems within manufacturing.High-level communication, collaboration and influencing skills.What We Offer A collaborative and innovative work environment on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.Opportunities to drive impactful projects in a cutting-edge manufacturing space.A competitive salary and benefits package.Please note this is a full-time permanent role, applicants must have full rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.
