Add expected salary to your profile for insightsNoumi Limited (ASX: NOU) is an Australian company driven by our purpose of Imagining a Healthier Tomorrow.From our pioneering origins in plant and dairy beverages to our expertise in nutritionals, we blend the wonders of nature with the power of science to create leading brands that nourish our consumers, our communities and our planet.Drawing on our strong heritage of research, collaboration and continual strategic innovation, our high-performing Positive Nutrition brands are well-positioned to grow sustainably and thrive financially in local and global markets.The OpportunityFor eligible candidates, we proudly offer relocation assistance and work sponsorship (VISA).As a Line Lead (Continuous Improvement) at our Shepparton manufacturing site, you will work closely in the implementation of the operational excellence program to ensure a consistent and standard OPEX framework is applied to drive continuous improvements aligned with operational strategy and aspirations.Develop capabilities of the production line organisation and ensuring a self-sufficient line team.Drive results, ensuring accountability across multiple shift patterns.Develop 24-hour action plans, setting priorities for the team, including allocation of resources.Accountable for the results of the line including safety quality, reliability, schedule attainment, productivity & costs.Eliminate losses, by completing root cause analysis when problem solving and solution finding.What you'll bringExceptional people and business leadership skills with demonstrated ability to build a highly accountable and collaborative culture across the operations functions.Demonstrated capacity to lead and implement plant reliability and optimisation programs.Sound knowledge of the technology that drives operational efficiencies and improvements.Demonstrated capacity to think systemically.Effective Communication, influencing and integration skills.Analytical acumen.Strong experience in FMCG related, Management, Quality or Engineering roles.Why Noumi?A new day brings new opportunities and possibilities.
