ABOUT THE ROLE:Join the team as an APS4 Onboarding Officer, where you'll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while ensuring adherence to recruitment policies and practices.
You'll proactively identify and resolve potential issues, working collaboratively with senior team members when needed.
With a keen eye for detail, you'll deliver quality results within deadlines, always striving for continuous improvement.
You'll have the opportunity to develop proficiency with key HR systems like Aurion and ServiceNow, while building strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Completing and managing assigned daily tickets using our ticket management system in a timely and responsible manner.Actively addressing enquiries through various channels from internal and external stakeholders.Maintaining proficiency in relevant systems like Aurion, ServiceNow, and Fit2Work.Providing guidance and support to stakeholders during the onboarding process and internal movements.Performing quality assurance checks on tickets while ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.Assisting the Employee Relations and Operations section with project activities to support Agency objectives.Proactively identifying and reporting potential problems or issues to senior team members.Maintaining our Standard operating procedures & templates and archiving documents.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU 6 Month Non-Ongoing termFlexible working arrangementsPotential for extension or the opportunity for a permanent processTo be considered for the role click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Divya Arora on or email and quote the above job reference number.
