About the Role Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer / Deputy Chief Executive Officer and a core member of the Chief Financial Officer / Deputy Chief Executive Officer leadership team, the Director will provide leadership and management for major organisation-wide projects and initiatives, including enterprise, business unit and service-level Transformation & Reform projects.
This will include coordination of a large team of clinical & non-clinical experts who will partner with the service delivery teams to build innovative organisational structures, systems and processes.
The primary purpose of the Transformation function is to provide strategic leadership in developing and executing a comprehensive transformation agenda that fundamentally changes how services are delivered.
The Reform function focuses on implementing specific modifications within existing service models and frameworks to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of Monash Health services and operations.
Collectively, the transformation and reform functions will enable the design and implementation of a cohesive and strategic change program that addresses immediate operational challenges but also provides the framework for enabling Monash Health to fulfill its strategic intent.
