Lease Administration Manager

An opportunity for an experienced Lease Administration Manager to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of their diverse retail portfolio across Australia on a mat-leave contract.
To apply for the position, you must hold a valid working visa that allows you to work with a company for the next 12 months.
12-month mat leave contract Based near CBD $110-125k + super equivalent About the Role In this role, you will efficiently manage the completion of lease contracts between Retail Tenants and Owners, working closely with Leasing Executives, solicitors, and internal business teams.
This position offers variety and the chance to be involved in both standard lease administration and stakeholder management.
With a portfolio spanning shopping centres and urban regeneration projects across Australia, you'll stay at the forefront of Retail Lease Legislations in various states.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of lease contracts, ensuring legal obligations are met and minimizing risks.
Administer letters of offer and disclosure statements.
Assist Leasing Executives with obtaining Owner approvals for terms outside authority limits.
Manage the solicitor instruction process for new leases, renewals, assignments, and surrenders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring At least 2 years of retail lease administration experience, ideally 5 years Strong understanding of retail lease terminology.
Proven ability to build relationships and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
Thrives in a meticulous and process-driven environment.
A team player who values working cohesively with others.
