The Senior PM will oversee the successful execution of major assigned projects, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, cost constraints, and scope requirements. The Senior PM ensures adherence to compliance and governance standards outlined by the IGF and Project Methodology.What you'll be doingEnd-to-End Project Management: Own the full lifecycle of business application initiatives, delivering on time, on budget, and exceeding expectations.Scoping: Define bold objectives and clear priorities.Planning: Build rock-solid schedules and budgets that set the stage for success.Delivery: Stay in control—track progress, tackle risks, and keep the momentum.Budget Mastery: Nail forecasting, optimise resources, and deliver value.Closure: Wrap up seamlessly, ensuring smooth transitions to operations.Stakeholder Management: Unite and inspire stakeholders, both internal and external. Lead dynamic Project Steering Committees and governance groups to drive alignment and action.Leadership: Empower cross-functional teams with clear guidance and proactive problem-solving. Tackle challenges head-on and keep the team moving with purpose.Outcome Delivery: Bring teams together to deliver outstanding results. Manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and solve issues with precision.Procurement and Vendor Management: Partner with procurement to secure top-tier vendors, negotiate smart contracts, and ensure flawless vendor performance.
