About the job Drive agricultural innovation as a Regional Sales Manager for a growing company specialising in cutting-edge seeding, tillage, and planter equipment.
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to shape the future of farming in Western Australia.
You will help to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets and expand market share across the region.
Enjoy the flexibility of a remote role based in Perth or regional WA.
You will also:
Build strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and industry influencers, fostering long-term partnerships.
Provide expert guidance and support to sales teams and partners, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Stay ahead of the curve by conducting market analysis and identifying emerging trends in the agricultural sector.
What You Bring to the Table: A passion for agriculture and a deep understanding of agronomic principles and machinery operations.
5+ years of experience in agricultural machinery sales, with a proven track record of success.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
A self-motivated and results-oriented approach, with a collaborative mindset.
