Summary:As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee all aspects of clinical care for our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
You'll manage an excellent clinical team, providing mentorship and guidance, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with care standards, all with the goal of delivering the highest-quality care.
Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the care facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.Develop and implement individualised care plans in coordination with healthcare professionals and families.Lead, mentor, and support the care staff, providing guidance and opportunities for professional development.Manage budgets, resources, and supplies efficiently, focusing on cost-effectiveness and quality.Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure the facility's services meet the highest standards.Address and resolve concerns or complaints from residents, families, or staff in a timely and empathetic manner.Key Requirements:Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.Proven experience in a Care Manager role (or similar).Strong knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.Comprehensive understanding and experience with ANNAC.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in care planning, goal setting, and evaluation documentation.Ability to effectively lead and manage a team.In Return:Join a thriving, well-established provider in a premium, state of the art facility and work in advance your career through the organisation's training and development pathways, designed to enhance your skills and support your progression.
