As an Australian Apprenticeship Support Services (AASS) provider, we deliver exceptional services across QLD, SA, TAS, and VIC. Additionally, we provide Workforce Australia Services for IntoJobs across NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, TAS, and WA.
About the Role We are seeking a Social Worker to provide one-on-one and group Allied Health support to individuals engaged in employment and vocational education services. Based in Melbourne's South-East, this role predominantly involves face-to-face servicing, delivering both individual and group support.
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible working hours (minimum 0.8 FTE).
Key Responsibilities Deliver face-to-face Allied Health consultations to individuals and groups.Adhere to the governance framework for service provision and privacy compliance.Provide tailored support, connect individuals to local networks, and facilitate access to interventional supports.Focus on delivering outcome-based services to enhance utilisation and impact.Provide high-quality assessment and intervention services.Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously build role capabilities.Comply with all relevant Health and Safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.About You We are looking for passionate professionals dedicated to delivering mental health and wellbeing services to support individuals in employment and pre-employment settings. You will be instrumental in delivering contemporary services and programs that drive success.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience delivering Mental Health Services within the employment services sector.Expertise in designing and delivering group and individual programs that promote progress to and within employment.A commitment to ongoing professional development and supporting a national service delivery team.Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.A proven ability to work within a clinical governance framework.Requirements: Fully qualified AASW-registered Social Worker.The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.Benefits Joining Mas National means becoming part of the IntoWork Group, where our core values of Respect, Innovation, Collaboration, Integrity, and Courage shape our success.
