As part of our Project Capability Team, you'll be pivotal to the successful running and execution of large projects.
Our projects can be shorter-term engagements or longer-term.
You'll engage with stakeholders cross-functionally, work on varied projects, and be given the freedom to solve problems creatively.
This role will be worked hybrid and as such, there is flexibility on work location across Australia.
What You'll Do Actively manage program of work scope for projectsCreate schedules & reporting that is concise, summarizing performance and metricsData analysis & reporting on schedule of projectsCoordinate with cost controlCollaborate with project managers providing them with critical path planning perspectivesIdentify variances against planned rates to drive corrective actionsDevelop continuous improvement opportunities relative to position and participate in executionDevelop project plan and schedulingSupport the team's schedule change control effortsInteract daily with technical leads, internal stakeholders as well as customersExecute the plans to meet customer required dateProven people skills required, must have ability to work with others while effectively handling internal pressuresMaintain reports to reflect scheduling methods, support performance and process proceduresCreate a valid master schedule in which priority due dates are equal to need dates and planned capacity equals required capacityDevelop relevant performance metrics, monitor performance and issue monthly reportsAbout You To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and experience:
