Position OverviewWe are looking for a Contract Administrator to join the team in Brisbane.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for completing Contracts Management duties that deliver effective project outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Contract Administrator you will:
Participate in project meetings throughout the project lifecycleSupport project procurement through Tender activitiesManage all contract documentation for the projectAnalyze budgets, cashflows and prepare reporting as requiredAttend site to assess and verify progress claimsManage internal and external relationships to ensure project outcomesQualificationsAs the ideal applicant you will be:
Tertiary qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or possess equivalent experienceHave similar experience with Industrial projects greater than $20 million in valuePossess highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skillsHave proven experience working with Trades, Suppliers, Consultants and external third partiesHow to ApplyTo apply for this role, please submit your application via our careers website.
