Media Client Executive

The purpose of this role is to assist the team in their day to day duties and coordination of campaigns and initiatives, including:- Proactive support role for team: most specifically executive and manager- Responds to simple client requests e.g. Competitive Spend Data- Manage and cultivate relationships with Creative Agency counterparts - Provides supporting work for Media Buying with a focus on TV, and takes the lead on implementation- Collates data for competitor reports, media industry trends, live research Job Description:dentsu is a network designed for what's next, helping clients predict and plan for disruptive future opportunities and create new paths to growth in the sustainable economy through five global leadership brands; Carat, Dentsu Creative, dentsu X, iProspect and Merkle, each with deep specialisms. The role:As the Client Executive within our largest client team in Melbourne, you will play a key role in a supportive environment to manage and own campaign implementation for traditional media channels – this is an amazing client with established processes and a fantastic relationship that we just love working with Core responsibilities:Manage data for planning, purchasing, and reporting across traditional media channelsMaintain Media Plans and Production Schedules with meticulous accuracyWork closely with the Client Manager and Client Director with a large team on a high-profile clientGenerate comprehensive post-campaign reportsCoordinate with key media partners to guarantee campaign fulfillmentEnsure precise invoicing for clients, managing timely delivery and resolving account queries and outstanding debtsGather data for competitor analyses, tracking media industry trends and conducting live research A bit about you:Experience with media finance processes and campaign implementationTraditional media experience required or hybrid digi/traditional with the ambition to develop in both areasYou have solid media partner relationships and product knowledge and the ability to engage and adhere to our partner engagement approach to drive the best outcomes for your client.Strong verbal communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to timelines.Proficiency in supporting on building of documentation and strong administrative skills and attention to detail to support Client & Digital ManagersStrong implementational and executional background with experience across offline and digital media tools and platformsBuilding meaningful connections with clients and team members excites you What's in it for you:Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our 'Be the Best You' policy which includes a $250 contribution to your home office set upThe opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your wayCareer Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu University Become a champion for meaningful progress:Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so.
