IDEAL AIR is looking for a full-time Tech who isn't like the rest.You will be working in and around your Melbourne zone (based on where you live).IDEAL AIR is a progressive business that delivers high levels of customer service and provides a diverse range of work for its staff.We are currently seeking technicians who have the ambition to grow their skill set in the direction of Team Leaders or site managers. We cover all aspects of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning work (breakdown, service & installations). If variety is what you like then you will have access to plenty of that. We provide lots of training so you will also have opportunities for continued skills development.What your days will look like:You'll receive a highly organized schedule of jobs (breakdowns/service or installations) on ServiceM8.You'll have your own vehicle and be responsible for managing it. That means keeping good stock levels, staying organized, and having the right equipment so you can complete each task efficiently.You'll connect with each customer to ensure you fully understand their requirements and provide them with your best advice for their homes or businesses.You'll constantly communicate with the office team so the day runs smoothly.
