Product Ownership & Agile ScrumOwn and manage the product backlogPrioritise features, enhancements, bugs relating to the productEnable the business to make decisions based onCustomer needs & experience (UX)Business drivers & objectivesTechnical feasibility and developmentCreating a plan for the delivery of major product releases/iterationsBreaking down larger projects into epics and storiesEngaging business stakeholders and managing delivery expectationsOwner of Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standup & RetrosRequirements gatheringUnderstanding the user problem and documenting the current state, problem and future state including user journeys/flows in MiroWorking with the design team on the UX/UI decisionsCo-designing with business and dev stakeholdersDocumenting the projects and features in ConfluenceCapturing well-groomed problems to be solved as 'user stories' and Jira ticketsRelease planning with QA & Dev teamWorking with the QA & Dev team to run UAT and post-production acceptance testingProduct ManagementUnderstanding and representing the users' needsMonitoring the market and competitive benchmarkingDefining the product vision & aligning stakeholders to that visionArticulating the product's unique value proposition in the market and point of differentiationCreating a shared purpose across the business that empowers independent decision-making with Head of Product & the Leadership TeamManage the product roadmapPlan of action that aligns the organisation's account short term and long-term product goalsShared source of truth for the vision, direction, priorities & progress of product over timeProduct pricing and risk managementUnderstand key product metrics includingBusiness performance KPIsConversion rate KPIsCustomer engagement KPIsCredit Policy optimisationBalancing first line credit risk with approval volumesManaging auto-approval model rulesYour application will include the following questions:
