We are an Australian owned ICT MSP, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland, servicing over 50% of the NSW State Government and over 700 enterprise customers.About the roleProduct ManagementCollaborate with business stakeholders, clearly understand business needs to create the product vision.Understand market and customer demand to set the Product Roadmap.Own the Product Roadmap, driving the ongoing development of products and services that meet our customer business needs.Management of the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.Working with vendors and partners to include their offerings in AC3 products and services.Drive continuous improvement across our existing products and services.Develop metrics and measures the success of new products.Internal EnablementCommunicate rationale for new initiatives and product features, inclusive of strategic fit, cost models, pricing and customer value to the rest of the business.Conduct training and enablement on new and existing products and services.Act as an escalation point for our internal teams for product information.Delight CustomersBe a relentless customer advocate delivering a world-class user experience that solves real customer problems.Be an advocate for our customers' needs by building strong, direct relationships with them.Be part of a team that reliably delivers on the needs of our customers.Required Experience4+ years' relevant work experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or within a Product team.Proven ability to create new Products that meet market requirements.Go to Market Product experience with some technical background.Proven ability to self-manage, prioritise and deliver outcomes based on strategic objectives.Skills, Knowledge and AbilitiesPassionate about customers with a strong capacity to understand market and strategic drivers to set clear goals and define problems.Obsessive about helping create the ultimate customer experience.Good understanding of a standard Product Management lifecycle.Combination of technical aptitude, commercial, and product management skills, communication, negotiation and decision-making ability.Ability to solve problems with consideration to business impact.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and peers across technical and non-technical, written and verbal communications; proven document and report writing skills; well-developed negotiation, time management and planning skills.Experience in building and maintaining relationships across the business to drive product development and growth.Ability to solve complex and detailed problems using an analytical and data driven approach with strong attention to detail.Qualifications and CertificationsTertiary qualifications in IT, business or a related field (or equivalent experience).BenefitsWork for an organisation that prioritises company culture and employee satisfaction:Flexible work options – a schedule that works around your lifestyle.BYOD allowances on Phone & Laptop.Discounts on all IT products & Accessories.Vehicle salary packaging.Paid Parental Leave for main & secondary carer.Discounts on Health Insurance.Free access to financial advisers & psychologists.State of the art onsite facilities.Free access to Fitness & Wellbeing classes.High level of professionalism, adult, family friendly and dynamic environment.CultureAs number 4 on Australia's Best Places to Work list, it's clear that culture is a top priority at AC3, and we approach business with family values.
