You will provide leadership and direction to your team of rehabilitation consultants, and engage with customers, whilst maintaining a caseload of your own.Your key responsibilities will include:Providing leadership and coaching to consultantsOverseeing the team's performance and qualityBuilding strong relationships with customer and other stakeholdersExploring new opportunities and growth areasUndertaking a range of assessments and case workQualificationsWhat you'll bring to the roleQualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Social Work, Nursing or Rehabilitation CounsellingAt least 2 years experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislationA willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence compulsory)A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employeesAn inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and workA passion for mentoring and coachingProven written and verbal communication skillsDetermination to consistently provide a high level of customer service to large customersA keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your timeAdditional InformationClick on theAPPLYbutton or please contact Cassie Butcherto have a confidential discussion about the role on ****** or on 0427 177 ***You are welcome here.Our fast-growing team of more than 3,500 people around Australia represent a huge array of life experiences, skills and ways of thinking.
