Read on.This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Venue Manager at ALH.What you'll do:Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every timeManage the day to day operations of the Venue - open/close, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guestsBring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guestsBe creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiativesWhat you'll need:Strong customer focus with the ability to get to know our locals and what they loveOutstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire & develop your team to provide exceptional experiencesProven experience running or assisting in the running of a multifaceted venueAbility to use financial and business acumen coupled with operational experience to effectively deliver the venues operational targets and visionStrong planning, organisational and problem solving skills including working in a matrix organisationIndustry licences and accreditation - RSA, RCG and Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling for NSWAble to qualify to meet the state liquor licensing nominee/liquor appointee requirementsThe benefits are good tooAn exclusive discount card for our ALH Hotels pubs & accommodation, BWS, Dan Murphy's and other Endeavour Group brands.Access to a range of free services to help you live well and support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.Opportunities for learning and development to grow an idea, yourself, and your career.If this gig excites you - and you're close-enough on the requirements - go on, throw your hat in the ring
