Business Unit General Manager - SAP S/4HANAAbout the roleAs the Business Unit General Manager - SAP S/4HANA at Solutions+, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the success of our SAP S/4HANA Business Unit. This pivotal leadership role requires a dynamic individual to lead both operational execution and strategic growth, working in close collaboration with the General Manager – Business Development to achieve overall business objectives.In this full-time role based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Adelaide, you will leverage your expertise in product strategy, operational management, and people leadership to guide the SAP S/4HANA Business Unit toward sustainable growth, profitability, and excellence in customer service.What you'll be doingDevelop and execute the strategic vision and growth plan for the SAP S/4HANA business unitGrow the customer baseLead and manage a team of SAP consultants, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions and exceptional client serviceOversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfactionBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and proactively identifying opportunities to expand our servicesDrive Business Unit financial performance, including managing budgets, forecasts, and profit and loss (P&L) accountabilityCollaborate with the wider Solutions+ team to identify and pursue new business opportunitiesContribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall business strategyMonitor industry trends and best practices, and implement initiatives to keep the SAP S/4HANA business unit at the forefront of the marketWhat we're looking forExtensive experience (8+ years) in selling, managing and delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions, with a proven track record of driving successful implementationsExisting relationships with SAP and clientsStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build, motivate, and develop high-performing teamsExcellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex, multi-stakeholder projectsDeep understanding of SAP's product offerings, architecture, and implementation methodologiesFamiliarity with best practices in change management, business process optimisation, and digital transformationStrong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, partners, and cross-functional teamsWhat we offerAt Solutions+, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
