The Role
Thanks to continued success, the Melbourne team is on the lookout for a qualitative researcher/strategist with an appetite for learning, experimenting, and pushing boundaries in the space of consumer and cultural insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Unpack client problems and design research frameworks Synthesising, analysing and contextualising data Delivering impactful strategies in creative, inspiring stories Trend blogs and written pieces detailing the changing culture of consumers and brands Spotting opportunities to evolve client's thinking and your own across new methods and technologies (AI, Quant, behavioural science) About you
Must haves:
Prior experience in insights-led strategy (market research agency ideal) Vibrant, energetic, excitable curiosity in the world and people A psychology/behavioural science background would be interesting, but is not essential About Resources Group
