About the role
As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Integrated disAbility Action Inc, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the organisation, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and support to people with disabilities in the Darwin region.
This is a full-time role based in Darwin, NT.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement the organisation's strategic vision and objectives to drive growth, innovation and positive impact Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery Lead and motivate a talented team of staff and volunteers to achieve the organisation's goals Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, funding bodies and community partners Ensure the organisation's compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and policies Manage the organisation's financial performance and resources to ensure its long-term sustainability Represent the organisation in the community and act as its public face and ambassador What we're looking for
Significant experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the disability or community services sector Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive organisational growth and impact Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships Strong financial management skills and experience in overseeing budgets and resources Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals Commitment to the organisation's mission and values, and a passion for supporting people with disabilities What we offer
