Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will work alongside our dynamic F&I, Car Care, and Administration Departments to provide a seamless buying experience to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:Previous leadership experienceCreate engaging, connecting, and memorable moments with our guestsHands-on sales approach; this is a Selling Sales Manager roleA demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targetsA proactive approach to logging and following up all leads received in a timely mannerA desire to succeed by consistently staying on top of sale opportunities short and long termCustomer Relationship Management is a high priority for youStrong customer focus and ability to work hard to meet the needs and requirements of our guestsA process-driven mindsetFull and current Drivers LicenceMotor Salesperson or Dealer Licence, or ability to acquireA strong desire to be a high achiever with an attitude driven to succeedRewards:A highly competitive team environmentA salary and commission structure package second to none, with additional bonuses over and above your packageA staff discounts program with over 500 participating retailersA great team cultureHigh volume customer enquiryOngoing training and support from our Dealer Business Partners - genuine career path progression planningAs part of Eagers Automotive, we strongly believe in our Core Values: Integrity | Inclusiveness | Owner's Mindset | Agility
