Your RoleAs our Financial Planning Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging financial data with business strategy.
Collaborating closely with business managers and the Teamhead Financial Planning, you will:
Drive financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting across Retail and Wholesale channels.Deliver insightful analyses to optimize business performance and meet strategic goals.Lead process improvement initiatives to build a best-in-class FP&A function.Foster relationships across the business to become a trusted advisor.KPIs for SuccessTimeliness, accuracy, and relevance of financial reporting.Integrity of budgets and forecasts.Delivery of actionable insights and value-added support to business leaders.Implementation of process improvements to enhance the FP&A function.What We're Looking ForExperience: 5+ years in FP&A, Management Accounting, or Business Partnering.Qualifications: Tertiary degree in finance/accounting/business with CA/CPA certification.Skills: Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and knowledge of tools like SAP, Hyperion, or BI tools (Power BI is a plus
