Are confident in leading and managing stakeholders, peers and your team in a fast paced, dynamic environment Highly skilled in strategic sourcing with demonstrated experience in designing and delivering innovative sourcing strategies across multiple talent segments Have a track record of developing a team and strategic sourcing capability Preferably have a strong understanding of technology, product and banking talent marketplaces Have functional knowledge of sourcing and talent community management tools and technology Can confidently use multiple data sources to inform insights and recommendations Maintain a curious and humble attitude, challenge the status quo, and be ambitious in delivering value Working with us:
