As a leader within Talent Acquisition, you will design, build and enhance Talent Sourcing delivery within an organisation that highly values ambition and great customer outcomes.
You will grow a team of skilled Talent Sourcing Partners and enhance the strategic sourcing capability of Talent Acquisition by leveraging technology, AI and innovative strategic sourcing techniques.

You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Managers, our Talent Services team and business leaders to enhance and deliver strategic sourcing capability across Australia.
