The Team Manager sits within the broader Youth Justice Bail and Court Advice team and will work collaboratively with the South East Metropolitan leadership team to effectively allocate EBSS resources.
This role is responsible for: Supervision and line management of EBSS staff in the South East of Melbourne, with direct supervision of Practice Leads.Taking a lead role in the development and support of staff, including oversight of professional supervision, training and occupational health and safety.Providing solutions to complex issues and have capacity to provide strategic advice regarding operations of the EBSS service and contribute to effective service delivery, program direction and trial evaluation.Identifying emerging program issues to ensure responsivity to operational and service demands as well as actively contribute to and inform ongoing service and quality improvement.Providing practice guidance in the risk management of young people subject to EBSS and electronic monitoring, including acting as a decision-maker in relation to electronic monitoring alerts.Qualifications Bachelor of Social Work or Diploma in Community Service Work is desirable.A full Victorian driver's licence is required due to the need to travel across the Division as required.A current Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) card is required and will need to be provided prior to commencement of employment by the applicant.How to apply Please click the Apply button on this advertisement.
