Collaborate with different departments to assess training needs and communicate effectively regarding learning & development initiatives.Training Administration:
Manage all aspects of training logistics, ensuring smooth operations and timely reporting.Apprentice Program Coordination:
Oversee the apprentice program, facilitating training and development opportunities.Training Provider Procurement:
Identify and engage training providers to deliver high-quality training solutions.Learning Management Systems:
Administer LMS and contribute to the development of training procedures and projects.What We're Looking For:Qualifications:
Undergraduate studies or Certificate IV in HRM/L&D preferred; Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience required.Experience:
Previous L&D co-ordination experience within a large organization is essential.Administration skills:
Intermediate MS Office and LMS skills are required.Strong literacy, numerical, and analytical skills are essential.Professional Representation:
High-level business partnering and customer service skills are crucial.Industry Knowledge:
