Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Cranbourne is on the lookout for a superstar, driven and experienced Senior Centre Director to lead, inspire, support and manage our team of Educators, and run the day-to-day operations of our amazing childcare centre
Our two level, 124 place centre with long-term staff is awaiting the right candidate to make it their own
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a strong leader to join our team and to create their own internal management structure with a non contact Assistant Director and Educational Leader to provide exceeding governance within the centre
About your new role: Manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with legislative requirements, company policies and proceduresProvide leadership and guidance to all staffEnsure that high quality early learning programs are delivered by a passionate team of EducatorsManage staffing rosters efficientlyEffectively manage the financial requirements of the centre in line with budget guidelinesDeliver consistent high quality standards for centre presentation and work practicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, children and the local business communityA little about you A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood DegreeA minimum of 3 years experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood settingA high level understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and Quality Improvement Plans (QIP)Sound understanding of CCS and QikKidsCurrent WWCC, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid CertificatesHigh level of verbal and written communication skillsAbility to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionalsWillingness to undertake and co-ordinate ongoing professional development trainingfor EducatorsWhat we can offer you An exceptional $130,000 p.a + super for an exceptional Centre Director75% off out-of-pocket childcare fees.Free annual flu shot, first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis certification.Free annual child protection training.Access to novated vehicle leasing, enhancing your take-home payAccess to discounts from hundreds of well-known brands and retailers, including groceries, fuel, gyms, leisure and utilitiesGenerous budgets to be utilised for your rooms and experiencesAn established centre with long-term Educators.Leading indoor and outdoor learning environments.Innovative learning environments where you can build strong pedagogical practice.Professional development and leadership programs.Progression opportunities with fast growing company.Friendly and supportive Management and Head Office teams.How to apply This exciting opportunity won't last long
