Childcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training) Roseberry House is looking for a dynamic and passionate individual with a deep commitment to Early Childhood Education to fill the position of Centre Director to lead our outstanding and close-knitted team at Glen Huntly.
About the role
This is a full-time opportunity for a seasoned Centre Director to join Roseberry House Glen Huntly.
As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the early education centre, including managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional educational outcomes for the children in our care.
What you'll be doing Provide strong leadership and management of the centre, including staff supervision, training and developmentDevelop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning FrameworkEnsure the centre meets all regulatory and compliance requirementsFoster positive relationships with families and the local communityManage the centre's budget and financial operationsOversee the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing professional development of educatorsChampion the Evolve Early Education brand and visionWhat we're looking for Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field2 years+ of experience as a Centre DirectorStrong understanding of the National Quality Standards and regulatory requirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with families and the communityProven track record in leading and developing high-performing teamsSound financial management skills and experience in budget planning and controlPassion for providing high-quality early education and careWhat we offer
