Operational Leadership: Oversee rostering, presentation, programming, marketing, events, and communications.Health and Well-Being: Ensure the centre maintains high standards for the health and well-being of children and staff.Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal and external teams and community groups to foster lifelong learning for children and parents.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all documents and records comply with Centre Policies and licensing regulations.Quality Improvement: Assist in keeping the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) active and up-to-date.Qualifications and Experience: Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Centre Manager.Cultural Awareness: Experience working with children and families from diverse backgrounds.Operational Proficiency: Skilled in developing and managing staff rosters and working within a budget.Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft packages, QIKKIDS, Time Target, or similar systems.Educational Background: Diploma in Children's Services or an Early Childhood degree.Certifications: Current Working with Children Check, child protection certification, and first aid.Leadership and Organizational Skills: Strong organisational, multitasking, leadership, and communication skills are essential. An understanding of EYLF, NQS, and the Rating and Assessment process is also essential.Passion for Education: A deep commitment to delivering high-quality education and care while fostering community connections.How to Apply: Ready to lead with compassion and inspiration?
