This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Group Account Director to elevate their career in a dynamic, boutique design agency.
The agency specializes in transforming consumer behavior by activating leading blue-chip FMCG brands across diverse channels, including Print, Packaging, Point-of-Sale (POS), Promotions, Shopper Marketing, and Digital.
About the Role: My client is seeking an ambitious and results-driven strategic business leader to take on a pivotal managerial and leadership role.
As a Group Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, managing budgets, overseeing staff, and driving financial performance.
Your leadership will be key to fostering a high-performance environment, ensuring the agency meets its growth objectives while delivering outstanding results for clients.
This role demands a confident leader who can lead FMCG marketers, drive operations, implement effective processes, and inspire teams to consistently exceed expectations.
A strategic mindset and a commitment to delivering measurable outcomes will be essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and present strategic proposals to drive client success and ROI.Financial Oversight: Manage forecasting, P&L, and budgets to ensure profitability and financial stability.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.Client and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Business Development: Drive new business opportunities, including incremental revenue and upselling to existing clients.Operational Excellence: Implement and optimize processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and client delivery.The Ideal Candidate: To succeed in this role, you will bring significant experience in a similar environment, ideally within a marketing, design, or agency setting.
