We are recognised for our industry leading products, services, and commitment to our customers.
As our business is growing, we have a newly created exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team and manage both Metro and Rural customers in QLD.
The successful candidate will be driven to achieve sales targets and be proactively looking for new business opportunities to support growth.

Role responsibilities include: Building and maintaining solid long-term relationships with all stakeholders.Achieving sales targets in line with set KPIs.Ongoing analysis of sales performance metrics and looking at new ways to improve sales performance.Develop business plans to effectively manage your territory that promotes high sales volumes while maintaining a customer first focus.Plan and execute field activities based on customer segmentation and targeting principles to maximize results.Ability to plan and manage sales activities, budgeting and forecasting.Be the face of Pacific Hoists offering a high level of direct service to existing customers while building new customers.Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities from prospective customers.Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers.What we are looking for: At least 5 years of Sales, Business Development experience in either the Crane, Lifting and Rigging or Material Handling industries.Must have technical knowledge and experience in the above-mentioned industries.Prior experience managing complex customer relationships.Solid track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.A strong background in client relationship management.A motivated, self-starter with a passion and drive to deliver outstanding results.Effective communicator with strong written and spoken English.A strategic thinker with a positive can-do attitude.Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload.Valid, current driver's license is a must.Attractive salary package to be negotiated relative to experience.
All tools of the trade will be supplied including a car allowance as this role will be a travel 5 days a week role with bi-monthly travel to North QLD.
