6 month maternity leave contract (Senior Producer)This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Producer: Events and Experiential to join Maverick Marketing on a 6 month maternity contract - one of Australia's leading experiential, staffing and events agencies.
The Senior Producer is responsible for the complete management of the production outputs for their clients' briefs.
They must be able to manage their event/activation autonomously from concept to completion, including budget management, and is responsible for ensuring outstanding results from their client projects, both in pre-production and onsite.
As a key role in the Production Team, the role works across a variety of exciting corporate and consumer project work.
Experience involving complex builds, logistics and sampling is highly regarded.
This is a hands-on role, where you will be working in a fast-paced team to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.
Contract dates: 6 January 2025 – 30 June 2025 with the option to extend.
The ideal candidate is expected to have a solid understanding of all elements of events and activations including:
Staffing (Brand Ambassadors) managementPermit managementManagement of runsheets, Event Schedules and production timelinesRisk and OH&SBump in & bump out processesTo be successful in this role you will have:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in event and activation management, ideally from an agency backgroundIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skillsAbility to develop strong relationships with different levels of staff & senior management across the organisation and externallyExceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skillsPrevious experience successfully managing budgets and supplier procurementAbility to carry out duties autonomously, and work effectively in a team environmentThrive in high pressure situationsFlexible, agile, and can-do attitudeDemonstrate excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAll applicants must have full Australian working rights, and only successful applicants will be contacted.
Head office is based out of Sydney; the role will be based as remote role, with visitations to Sydney office.
