They provide strong clinical leadership and operational management to ensure high-quality timely service delivery.
Role Responsibilities Model excellent clinical and corporate governance, ensuring your team members adhere to policies and procedures, attend regular training, and complete all mandatory certifications and paperwork.Deploy staff and resources to ensure that all active jobs and clients receive services, as contracted and agreed.Deliver efficient, timely, and economical team rostering.Personally deliver frontline nursing care to a portfolio of clients (up to 20% of your working week).Stay abreast of incident reports and near misses, ensuring timely, compliant reporting.Ensure daily timesheet and billing management for your team.Help secure income stability and growth by retaining existing clients with integrity and proactively seeking and securing new clients and business in South Queensland.Regularly and effectively communicate with clients and care coordinators; securing and maintaining positive relationships with all key stakeholders.Have fun, be dynamic and remain innovativeKey Selection Criteria Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licence.Strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and the ability to effectively engage diverse populations.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.Passion for community-centered care and a commitment to promoting health equity and social justice.Intermediate skills of computer literacy including working with cloud-based software.Experience with Workflow Max, Employment Hero, Google Suite preferred but not essential.Applications Suitably qualified and skilled individuals should submit their CV ASAP.
