The current long-standing centre director has stepped up into the area manager role, that is why you could be the next centre director to join the fun-loving family
The organisation values staff collaboration and friendliness.

As the centre director, you will work with a highly supportive area manager and a bubbly operations manager with long-standing experience in the sector.
They are there to help you when you need it and brainstorm with you while having a little fun.

You will be supported by a full-time assistant director who will collaborate with you on daily responsibilities alongside the educational leader in building relationships with the team, programming, and practices.

This is a full-time position located near the Ballarat area (Victoria).

Management Responsibilities

Mentoring and team management Sound understanding of the Early Learning Years Framework Sound understanding of service compliance Experience in staff rostering Qikkids software or similar Strong understanding and experience in performance management Experience in financial reporting and budgeting Building a positive partnership with families Qualifications and Skills

Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised) MUST have at least 1-2 years full-time experience as a centre director or higher in a medium-sized service within long daycare in Australia.
Current WWCC or VIT Updated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma High Level of written and verbal communication Strong understanding and application in staff management MUST have full working rights in Australia If you think this position suits you, please apply using the link.
