The current long-standing centre director has stepped up into the area manager role, that is why you could be the next centre director to join the fun-loving family
The organisation is big on the approach of staff collaboration and friendliness.
As the centre director, in addition to getting to work with a highly supportive area manager and a bubbly operations manager with long-standing experience in the sector, they are there to help you when you need it and work on brainstorming with you, and to have a little fun.
On top of this, you will be supported by a full-time assistant director who will work together with you on the daily responsibilities with the educational leader on building relationships with the team, looking into programming and practices.

This is a full-time position located near the Ballarat area (Victoria).
This is an opportunity NOT to be MISSED Management Responsibilities Mentoring and team managementSound understanding of the Early Learning Years FrameworkSound understanding of service complianceExperience in staff rosteringQikkids software or similarStrong understanding and experience in performance managementExperience in financial reporting and budgetingBuilding a positive partnership with familiesQualifications and Skills Diploma of Children Services or Bachelor of Early Childhood (ACECQA recognised)MUST have at least 1-2 years full-time experience as a centre director or higher in a medium-sized service within long daycare within Australia.Current WWCC or VITUpdated First Aid, Anaphylaxis, AsthmaHigh Level of written and verbal communicationStrong understanding and application in staff managementMUST have Full working rights in AustraliaIf you think this position suits you, please apply using the link.
