Our Restaurant Customer Advisors play an essential role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our Restaurants - delivering tasty food, ensuring food hygiene and driving sales.
Responsibilities Giving great customer service by helping customers with various transactions across the storeDriving sales through customer interactions, whilst promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membershipOffering a helping hand with customer queries through great product knowledge as well as allergies and dietary requirementsWorking with your team to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of your storeYou will also work on the shop floor and other areas of the store as and when required, this may include working stock, cash handling, till work, take to car deliveries, stock control routines, restaurant service – an ideal opportunity to gain more skills and experienceWho we are looking for You have a passion for delivering a great customer experience, serving everyone with a smileExperience within a customer facing role and have a passion for working within hospitalityYou work well within a team, build relationships and have fun, whilst celebrating successYou show up to work on time, well presented and bring your can-do and hardworking attitude along with youYou are eager to learn new skills and gain new experiencesYou flourish in a busy, fast-paced environmentCan demonstrate our values at all times – we're one team, getting better every day.
