We offer a safe and supportive environment where everyone can achieve their full potential.About the RoleAs a recruitment advisor, you will own and deliver the end-to-end bulk recruitment process, from the first phone call to making employment offers, while leading engaging and efficient recruitment assessment centres.
You will focus on ensuring appropriate sourcing strategies to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for process improvement and a continuous improvement mindset, as well as a focus on building strong relationships across the business.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end volume recruitment process, from initial phone screening to final offers.Facilitate and lead recruitment assessment centres.Implement talent sourcing strategies, maintaining a robust candidate pipeline.Drive continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment processes.Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.Why Join UsOur Purpose is to Craft food that brings out 'the good'.
