Product Manager/Marketer and Wide Format Printer Demonstrator About the role
Mutoh Australia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager/Marketer and Wide Format Printer demonstrator to join our team.
In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in continuing the success of our wide-format printer product range in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
What you'll be doing
Manage the complete product life cycle for Mutoh's wide-format printer range, including developing and executing marketing strategies to grow sales and awareness.
Provide product demonstrations and technical support to both existing and potential customers.
Collaborate with our dealers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Collect and analyse market intelligence to inform product development and marketing decisions.
Develop and deliver comprehensive product training for our dealers and technical support teams.
Represent Mutoh at industry events and trade shows.
Ensure all product information and marketing materials are up-to-date and accurate.
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar product management or marketing role, preferably within the printing and/or graphic design industries.
Demonstrated ability to effectively demonstrate and troubleshoot wide-format printing equipment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise with customers at all levels.
Strong technical aptitude and a passion for innovative print technologies.
Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related field is highly desirable.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
