IT Project Managers:
Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Manage risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery.
Ensure compliance with government standards and stakeholder expectations.
Infrastructure Project Managers:
Lead and manage large-scale infrastructure projects, including hardware, networking, and data centre initiatives.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of infrastructure solutions.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and government clients.
Digital Transformation Project Managers:
Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of new technologies, systems, and processes.
Engage with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Manage project teams and resources to achieve desired outcomes on time and within budget.
Ensure alignment with government digital strategies and compliance requirements.
Program Managers:
Oversee multiple projects within a program, ensuring they align with broader organisational goals.
Manage program budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, ensuring cohesive and coordinated project execution.
Report on program performance, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders and government executives.
What We're Looking For:
IT Project Managers:
Proven experience managing IT projects within the federal government or large organisations.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), IT infrastructure, and digital services.
Excellent risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Management are highly regarded.
Infrastructure Project Managers:
Extensive experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects, including network and data centre deployments.
Strong technical background and ability to coordinate with engineering teams.
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Digital Transformation Project Managers:
Experience leading digital transformation projects, including system migrations, cloud adoption, and process automation.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies and digital trends.
Excellent change management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Certifications in Agile, Lean, or similar methodologies are highly desirable.
Program Managers:
Extensive experience managing complex programs with multiple interrelated projects.
Strong strategic planning, resource management, and leadership skills.
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and executive teams.
Experience in government or large-scale public sector programs is a significant advantage.
General Requirements:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of delivering projects or programs on time, within scope, and within budget.
Previous experience in federal government projects or programs is highly valued.
