The Role We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our NSW team to assist with the delivery of HVAC and Fire services for one of our major clients in Sydney.
The role includes being the primary point of contact for all service and projects works performed for our client.
Based from our on-site office, the successful candidate will have a proven track record managing people (approximately 30-35 employees), and managing client expectations.
The successful candidate will also have a solid understanding of building services, service delivery and project management.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Ability to operate as a leader, guide staff, set targets and lead by exampleExperienced in account management, managing client expectations and building long standing business relationshipsAbility to interpret large volumes of dataAbility to understand financial targets and reportingExperienced in pricing service and project worksSolid understanding of building services (HVAC and / or Fire)Implement and apply WHS&E policies and initiativesClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel and office-based databasesBe willing to undergo a national police background checkBe fully vaccinated against Covid-19Benefits of Working with Airmaster The successful candidate will enjoy the benefits of working with a high performing and progressive company who enjoy an enviable reputation in the industry.
