We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team based in Campbelltown looking after our Clintons Toyota & Lexus of Macarthur Service departments.
As an experienced warranty administrator some key responsibilities include: Daily entering and closing of recall campaignsEntering prior approvals for warranty repairs and transport assistanceUnderstanding the manufacturers warranty policies and procedures in order to manage claims and ensure warranty repair orders are completed correctlyCollaborate with Service Dept Managers and Workshop Controllers to identify improvement and training opportunities for team membersHandle and resolve claim corrections and invoicingMonthly recycling and disposal of displaced warranty partsSupport parts warranty claims and parts recovery requestsTo be successful in this role you will have: Strong attention to detailA desire to work as part of a Team while being self-sufficientA positive "can do" attitudeA keen desire to work with stakeholders to maintain and improve the quality of information and communicationTo be reliable, punctual, honest and always act with integrityGood written and verbal communication skillsTidy work following the 5S philosophyToyota or Lexus dealership, TUNE and SAP experience will see you at an advantageThe right to work in Australia (sponsorship is not possible)What we offer: Ongoing Product trainingIndividual career development plans, including internal peer support and external coachingEmployee discounts across all brands BMW, VW and Lexus.State of the art working environmentEmployee assistance program servicesMedibank Corporate DiscountsMulti Award winning environment-National Toyota Metropolitan Dealer of The YearThis is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with top brands, in a fantastic environment, alongside a dedicated team.
