We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team based in Campbelltown looking after our Clintons Toyota & Lexus of Macarthur Service departments.

As an experienced warranty administrator some key responsibilities include:
Daily entering and closing of recall campaigns Entering prior approvals for warranty repairs and transport assistance Understanding the manufacturers warranty policies and procedures in order to manage claims and ensure warranty repair orders are completed correctly Collaborate with Service Dept Managers and Workshop Controllers to identify improvement and training opportunities for team members Handle and resolve claim corrections and invoicing Monthly recycling and disposal of displaced warranty parts Support parts warranty claims and parts recovery requests To be successful in this role you will have:
Strong attention to detail A desire to work as part of a Team while being self-sufficient A positive "can do" attitude A keen desire to work with stakeholders to maintain and improve the quality of information and communication To be reliable, punctual, honest and always act with integrity Good written and verbal communication skills Tidy work following the 5S philosophy Toyota or Lexus dealership, TUNE and SAP experience will see you at an advantage The right to work in Australia (sponsorship is not possible) What we offer:
