Permanent opportunity on offer for an experienced and dedicated operations manager.Your new companyOur client is a well-established commercial cleaning company who provides services across various sectors throughout Australia.Your new roleAn exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join a dynamic team. This full-time position offers the chance to lead and manage cleaning operations across various sectors and is in Chelsea Heights.In your new role as a cleaning operations manager, you will be responsible for:Overseeing key contracts to ensure exceptional service and consistent client satisfaction.Develop and maintain client relationships.Conduct site visits on a weekly basis – (both local and interstate) as directed by the company.Prepare and present reports on cleaning operations, including performance metrics and improvement plans.Manage staff and ensure they meet standards and KPI's.Manage health and safety compliance, ensuring all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations.Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise in the cleaning operations with all contracts.Provide training for all operational staff – ensure that all staff comply with the frequency of inspection visits and follow up to ensure that service delivery levels are as per our contractual requirements.Manage and lead direct reports, holding one-to-one weekly meetings.Responsible for financial management including fuel cards, expenses, maintenance work, travel etc.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will:Have demonstrated experience in a similar operations manager role – cleaning background (highly desirable).High level of customer service and client relationship building skills.Hold a clean valid driving licence.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.Experience in leading and training a team.Work well independently and as part of a team.What you'll get in returnIn return for this role, you will receive:Competitive Annual salary $95-$110K per annum plus super.Car and Fuel card.Friendly work environment.Permanent, stable role.Work with a variety of personnel each day.
