Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)
Randstad Data is currently on the hunt for a Performance & Analysis Manager to lead the budget process, evaluate and drive performance across the organisation.
This role is pivotal in establishing performance reporting and business improvement insights to facilitate the execution of corporate strategies.
Responsibilities:
Strategically partner with Leaders, to provide business focused and strategic advice and support, using analytical insight, problem-solving and digital proficiency that will support the business.
Develop annual budget strategy and plans in consultation with the CFO and Manager Performance & Strategy.
Establish and maintain a rolling financial forecast process and system using driver-based calculations to provide business partners with forward looking insights, and reduce overall effort in the budgeting process.
Manage the coordination and ongoing improvement of management reporting, budgeting and forecasting for business partners in line with reporting deadlines.
Lead the coordination and ongoing improvement of financial management reporting, budgeting and forecasting to support the business.
Lead, improve and manage enterprise and business unit level reporting and analytics frameworks and outputs that reflect the key drivers of performance of the organisation, and provide insights into areas for improvement.
Undertake monthly performance reporting and analysis across all levels of the organisation including providing advice and guidance to the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
Manage the production and provide oversight and review Board and ELT performance reporting, annual and half yearly reports to Participating Councils and other financial management information to ensure high quality production with minimal errors and maximum value.
Necessary Skills:
Demonstrated financial planning, budgeting, financial modelling, investment evaluation, cost management skills.
Current CA / CPA Membership Significant, practical BI experience with demonstrable business benefits.
Significant experience in particular with the Microsoft BI toolsets - PowerBI, DAX, Power Query, SQL Relationship building, stakeholder engagement & leadership skills At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
